September 18, 2019: Richmond, BC — Feast: Asian Dining Festival — celebrating the best Asian dining in North America — returns for its second year. “Feast shines a spotlight on the Asian culinary scene in Metro Vancouver,” says Alvin Chow, Feast producer and Richmond News publisher. “And when it comes to Asian dining, there is no better place than Richmond, BC.”
Taking place October 18 — November 18 throughout the City of Richmond, Feast allows diners to discover and indulge, family-style, in a range of Asian cuisines that are the envy of foodies in North America. Curated menus for groups of four to ten people will feature the restaurants’ Signature Dishes, specialty items, and recommended Feast menu options, all at attractive pricing per person.
“Richmond’s known for being one of the best cities in North America for Asian cuisine, but it’s also quite diverse and can be overwhelming,” said Nancy Small, chief executive officer of Tourism Richmond.“Feast Asian Dining Festival takes some of the guesswork out and breaks it down nicely for diners to try something new.” Tourism Richmond is a major partner of Feast and invites local residents and visitors alike to indulge in the excellent dining offerings in the City. Participating cuisines in Feast include Cantonese, Filipino, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Shanghainese, Taiwanese, and Vietnamese, with more to come. A full list of participating restaurants will be announced in the coming weeks.
